How it works

Three steps, none of them annoying.

01

Pay

Card details go straight to Stripe. We never see them, and there is no account to create — just an email address so we know where to send the file.

02

Download

The file is waiting the second the payment clears. The same link lands in your inbox, so you can grab it again from another machine.

03

Use it

It is a PDF. Print it, mark it up, take it into the hangar. No app, no login, nothing to expire.

Our approach

Short beats thorough when nobody finishes the thorough one.

01

An hour, honestly

Sized to a lunch break or a slow evening. If it cannot be useful in an hour, it gets cut rather than padded.

02

Written for the floor

Hangar language, not committee language. Examples come from shifts that actually happened.

03

Something to do

Every piece ends with a template, a checklist or a scenario. Reading is not the point — the artefact is.

04

The unwritten curriculum

Handovers, escalation, the awkward conversation with a lead hand. The competencies that decide careers and never appear on a syllabus.

05

Priced to be a non-decision

Twenty dollars is deliberate. It should never take a purchase order or a conversation with your manager.

06

Yours after you buy it

A file on your disk, not access that lapses. Keep it, print it, hand it to the apprentice next year.

Who this is for

People with a job to do tomorrow.

Not a general audience. This is aimed squarely at the people who keep aircraft serviceable and the people responsible for them.

  • Apprentices and candidates working toward a licence
  • Technicians who were handed responsibility without the briefing
  • Lead hands and supervisors running a shift for the first time
  • Training departments looking for something to put in front of a room
  • Instructors who need a scenario pack by Thursday

Questions

The things people ask first.

What exactly do I get?

A PDF, downloaded straight after payment. The page tells you the length and who it is written for before you buy — no surprises about what lands on your disk.

How long does the download link last?

Seventy-two hours, and it works several times within that window so you can pull it down on more than one machine. If it lapses, email us your order reference and we will reissue it. There is no charge for that and no lecture attached.

Can I use this with my team?

A single purchase covers you and your own crew — printing it for a briefing room is exactly what it is for. If you want to distribute it across a whole organisation or build it into a formal training programme, get in touch and we will sort out a licence.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes. If it is not what you expected, say so within thirty days and you get your money back. You keep the file — chasing a PDF around the internet is not a good use of anyone's afternoon.

Can I get an invoice or receipt?

Stripe emails a receipt automatically. If you need a proper invoice with your organisation's details on it for expenses, email us and we will issue one.

Is my card safe?

Card details are entered on Stripe's own checkout page and never touch this site. We only ever see your email address and what you bought.
